Monthly rent at Pacific Pines start at $579 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment and $690 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment home – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $31,500 gross annual income, and a two-person household must not exceed $36,000 gross annual income. Rates and income thresholds may vary.
